It's
time again for the Aduddell 5 Mile Riverside Run.
This year we have a couple of interesting twists for
you. Due to the ongoing trail construction we've
had to move the start south to the park at 69th and
Riverside. We've also made it an out and back
course this year. This is only a temporary course
change, but I think it is going to make for a great
venue. We're also offering $100 prize money
for anyone who wins their age group with a new Aduddell
age group record. You can check out the current

- Start time for now is 6:30am. Weekly
long run. Most of us are training for a spring
marathon so we will be getting up to 20+ miles in
the coming weeks.
