At Tulsa Runner we don’t do formal training classes. We just run. We’re not the biggest group on the trail, and that is fine with us. If you want a group to run with, but you don’t want to feel like you’re in a parade on the running trail, check us out some time.
- Tuesday – “6 at 6″- that’s 6 miles at 6pm.
- Wednesday – We’ve started a new social run on Wednesdays with our friends down at lululemon in Brookside. We’re calling it the “Detox/Retox” run. Detox would be the run starting at 5:30pm at lululemon. Retox would be the recovery session at a local Brookside establishment. This is for runners and walkers of all paces that just want to get out, get fit and have a little fun.
- Saturday – Weekly long run. We’re on the WINTER schedule right now, so start time is 7:00 am. First and Third Saturdays of the month we meet at the store; second and fourth Saturdays we meet at Southminster Church Community Center on 35th Place in Brookside.
