At Tulsa Runner we don’t do formal training classes. We just run. We’re not the biggest group on the trail, and that is fine with us. If you want a group to run with, but you don’t want to feel like you’re in a parade on the running trail, check us out some time.
How about a 5K a month to keep your midweek runs interesting this summer? We’re going to host an informal 5K on the River Parks Trail the LAST Tuesday of each month, May -September (5/28, 6/25, 7/30, 8/27, 9/24). Start time will be 6pm. We will hand time each race and call out times at the finish. There will be a suggested donation of $2 for each race to help offset the cost of insurance and water/Gatorade.
Run it. Race it. Enjoy it. Then talk about it over some refreshments at the Blue Rose Café.

Packets will be available for pick-up Friday from 10am to 7pm at Tulsa Runner, 9708 Riverside PKWY, Tulsa, OK 74137, and Saturday morning starting at 7am at the Jenks Track.
Back for its 34th running, the Jenks Half will start at 8 am on Saturday November 9 at the Jenks High School track. The 5K will start at 8:15. We’re using the same courses as last year. Be aware that this is not a closed course. We will have signage and course marshals along the course and police at major intersections, but there will be traffic on the course. No headphones please and no wheels of any kind are allowed.
